SmartWorks is the commercial work and knowledge-work platform, the business-oriented expression of the engine C1Secure uses to run itself. It manages innovation lifecycles, leveraged outcomes, and team work inside ServiceNow, and it meets teams on the surfaces where they already operate through connectors. The platform is collaborative and real-time, and its capture surfaces extend into the meeting and conversation tools teams use every day.

Capabilities

• SmartWorks. The in-platform work and innovation lifecycle product. Captures and tracks ideas, signals, leveraged outcomes, and work from concept through delivery, with portfolio and capability management on the Now Platform.
• SmartWorks Extension. The off-platform browser extension that brings SmartWorks capture and interaction to the user outside the ServiceNow UI, so platform work happens without opening the platform directly.
• SmartWorks Zoom Connector. A collaborative sidebar that embeds SmartWorks capture directly inside a Zoom meeting. Participants capture ideas, signals, pipeline activity, opportunities, and meeting notes in real time without leaving the call, and live transcription can surface action items and defects for participants to save at the end of the meeting. Distributable through the Zoom marketplace as its own channel.
