Connectors extend C1Secure products to the platforms teams already use. They are enrichment that strengthens an existing product, not standalone products, and they are priced as attach.

Capabilities

  • SmartAgent. The ServiceNow connector that integrates C1Secure products with the platform.
  • Zoom Connector. Brings product capture and interaction into Zoom meetings, with a path to live-transcription-driven capture.
  • Slack Connector. Extends product interaction into Slack, the largest distribution surface in the connector roadmap.
  • Jira Connector. Extends product interaction into Jira for development and delivery teams.
  • Salesforce Connector. Extends product interaction into Salesforce for revenue and customer-facing teams. Other connectors available per customer request.
